1. Return Time Frame
You have a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return. Returns requested after this time frame will not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- 1. The mobile number must remain on the same mobile network it was originally provided on.
- 2. The mobile number must not have been transferred out to another network.
- 3. The request must be made within the 14-day return period.
3. Custom Numbers
Due to the bespoke nature of custom numbers, custom numbers cannot be returned or canceled. Once a custom number has been provided, the purchase is final.

- The mobile number in question
- The reason for the return

5. Refund Process
